I've Been In A Monochromatic Mood...
I've been in a monochromatic mood lately. I keep getting pulled toward a place that refuses color to make you look deeper into the composition and texture of a design. It invokes a feeling of calm within me. My mind relaxes as I fall deep within the contrast.
When pulling references I like to focus on imagery that evoke a series of emotions. Emotions tell a story and a story is what captures a person. It gives value that can be exchanged for your audiences time. In todays world, a persons time and attention is the most valuable capture. That's the exchange that I'm always after. Give someone a feeling worth pausing for.
