Canceling a project or hold requires at least two (2) weeks’ notice before project estimated start date. If less than two (2) weeks notice is given, you will be required to pay a $1000 cancellation fee. The fee shall be sent by Mitch Myers LLC as an invoice and must be paid at the date of invoice in order to maintain your schedule on my calendar.
CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES
All estimates are subject to change depending on changes in project scope, timeline, deadline, deliverables, asset purchases, etc. All changes to the final price will need to be signed off by you (the client) before changes are put into effect.
I do not offer refunds. However, I want all my clients to be completely blown away with the work I provide them. If for any reason you are unhappy with the final product I provide, we will discuss what changes are necessary to reach the finish line and what discounts will need to be added to stay within a reasonable budget.
Again, these policies are to keep me in business and to keep ALL of my clients happy. I feel that transparency is the best policy. It’s easy to create headaches in this industry. Let’s be respectful so we can focus on making your project as fun and as amazing possible!
