Mitch Myers

This page allows me to be transparent about my policies and is here to help you understand what you can expect as a client.  I promise the process is extremely fun, but These policies keep me in business and my family happy. So what better way than to be completely transparent? Please don’t send me into a depressive episode, just be cool, check out these policies and this will be a start to a strong and profitable friendship.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. I’d love to speak with you about your needs and how we can work together!

Thank You!

A+ For Transparency.  Whether you book me for an hour or for a year.  My rate is $850/day for offsite or $950/day for Onsite work.

Onsite Work

I like to make things as simple and as accessible as possible. so if you want me to work onsite, my rate raises to $950/day. (only a $12/hr difference for 8hr day) Woo!

A fifty percent (50%) deposit of the agreed estimate will be required to be paid in full before any production beings.  If you (the client) fail to pay deposit within one (1) week of deposit invoice, a fee of $500 in addition to the deposit will be required to continue to hold my time for your project.  If fees are not paid, your hold on my schedule will be removed. It sucks, but it’s to respect EVERYONE'S schedules.

ALL payments are due at the date of invoice. If payment is not made, I can’t send the final. Let’s make life easy. please contact me If your agency works on a Net30 or Net45 payment schedule.

Canceling a project or hold requires at least two (2) weeks’ notice before project estimated start date.  If less than two (2) weeks notice is given, you will be required to pay a $1000 cancellation fee.  The fee shall be sent by Mitch Myers LLC as an invoice and must be paid at the date of invoice in order to maintain your schedule on my calendar.

All estimates are subject to change depending on changes in project scope, timeline, deadline, deliverables, asset purchases, etc.  All changes to the final price will need to be signed off by you (the client) before changes are put into effect.

I do not offer refunds. However, I want all my clients to be completely blown away with the work I provide them. If for any reason you are unhappy with the final product I provide, we will discuss what changes are necessary to reach the finish line and what discounts will need to be added to stay within a reasonable budget.

Refund Policy

Again, these policies are to keep me in business and to keep ALL of my clients happy.  I feel that transparency is the best policy. It’s easy to create headaches in this industry.  Let’s be respectful so we can focus on making your project as fun and as amazing possible!
